Lent and Easter 2010

 

Lent Study Groups

 

This six week course, run under the auspices of Lecropt Kirk Education Committee, ties in with Churches Together in Britain and Ireland and BBC Radio 4's daily and Sunday Lenten services. The theme is "People on the Edge of His Pain" and deals with some of the people closest to Jesus during the weeks before His death.

The sessions are being held in Lecropt Kirk Hall between Sunday 21 February and Thursday 1 April. To enable as many people as possible to attend there will be two sessions for each weekly subject viz:

Sundays 7.30 pm

Mondays 2.30 pm

Each session lasts one and a half hours, including tea/coffee and biscuits. Leaflets with a booking form are available in the church or contact the Minister direct.
